The Article Processing Charges for accepted submissions in the International Journal of Architectural Engineering Technology are US$ 330.

The International Journal of Architectural Engineering Technology is an independent title; any university, group, or institution does not sponsor it. All the works are published with Open Access, allowing greater research dissemination through public access, more citations, and the recognition of the authors.

It implies high costs to support the journal's editorial office, where copyediting, proofreading, production, marketing, and publication are carried out. Funds are also needed to cover membership fees in organizations such as Crossref, iThenticate, and hosting services for online access. The only income generated to cover our expenses is through Article Processing Charges (APC) which must be paid by the author or the author's institution.

There are no article submission charges, and the initial evaluation of all articles is done at no cost. APCs are requested after the paper is accepted for publication.

Publication Fee Waiver and Discount Policy

The International Journal of Architectural Engineering Technology is committed to fostering inclusivity and ensuring equitable access to publication opportunities for authors from diverse backgrounds and financial circumstances. To uphold this commitment, we offer the following policy regarding publication fee waivers and discounts:

- Waivers for Authors from Low-Income Economies: Authors from low-income economies, as classified by the World Bank, are eligible for full waivers of publication fees upon request. We recognize the financial constraints faced by authors from these regions and strive to remove barriers to publication.
- Discounts for Authors from Lower Middle-Income Economies: Authors from lower middle-income economies, as defined by the World Bank, may qualify for discounted publication fees. These discounts aim to alleviate the financial burden for authors from regions with limited resources while ensuring fair and affordable access to publication.
- Waivers and Discounts for Authors with Demonstrable Needs: In addition to the above categories, we also consider requests for publication fee waivers or discounts from authors who demonstrate financial hardship or exceptional circumstances. Authors can submit a request outlining their situation, and the editorial team will review each case on an individual basis with sensitivity and discretion.

We believe that these measures contribute to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in scholarly publishing, and we remain dedicated to supporting authors from all backgrounds in sharing their research findings with the global academic community.

Method of Payment

Our accounting department will email an invoice to the corresponding author after the acceptance of the manuscript.

There are two methods of payment:
