Refund and Cancellation Policy

Authors are required to pay the applicable Article Processing Charge (APC) only after their manuscript has been accepted for publication.

Before Publication:
If an author requests withdrawal of an accepted manuscript after payment of the APC but before publication, Avanti Publishers will refund 50% of the APC. The remaining 50% covers administrative, editorial, production, and payment-processing costs already incurred.

After Publication:
Once an article has been published online, the APC is non-refundable.

Duplicate Payments:
If the APC for the same manuscript is paid more than once, the duplicate payment(s) will be refunded in full. Any applicable bank, payment-gateway, or transaction charges that cannot be recovered by Avanti Publishers will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, where technically possible. The time required for the funds to appear in the author’s account may depend on the relevant bank or payment provider.

For refund-related inquiries, authors may contact the Avanti Publishers editorial/accounts office with their manuscript ID, invoice number, and payment details.
