We charge Article Processing Charges (APCs) to cover the costs associated with these services.

Services Provided:

1.Editorial Services:

•Copyediting & Proofreading: We ensure that all accepted manuscripts are meticulously copyedited and proofread to maintain high standards of clarity, consistency, and accuracy.

•Production: This includes formatting the manuscript to meet journal standards, typesetting, and preparing the final version for publication.

•Marketing & Promotion: We actively promote published articles through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and academic platforms to maximize visibility and impact.

•Publication: We provide open access to all published articles, ensuring that research is freely available to the global academic community.

2.Membership & Hosting Services:

•Crossref Membership: We register Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) for each published article, ensuring permanent and reliable citation tracking.

•iThenticate Services: We utilize plagiarism detection tools to maintain the integrity and originality of published content.

•Hosting Services: We provide robust online hosting for all published articles, ensuring seamless access and long-term availability.

Fee Structure:

•Article Processing Charges (APC): The fee for processing and publishing an accepted manuscript in the our journals is PKR 90, 000/USD 330. This charge is essential to cover the expenses associated with the aforementioned services.

Financial Model:

All our journals operates independently, without financial support from any university, group, or institution. All income is generated through Article Processing Charges (APC), which are paid by the author or their institution upon the acceptance of their manuscript. This model allows us to maintain an open-access policy, which increases research dissemination, citation rates, and author recognition.

Waiver and Discount Policy:

Avanti Publishers is committed to fostering inclusivity and ensuring equitable access to publication opportunities. To support authors from diverse financial backgrounds, we offer the following waiver and discount policies:

•Full Waivers for Low-Income Economies: Authors from low-income economies (as defined by the World Bank) may request a full waiver of publication fees.

•Discounts for Lower Middle-Income Economies: Authors from lower middle-income economies are eligible for discounted publication fees.

•Case-by-Case Waivers/Discounts: Authors experiencing financial hardship or exceptional circumstances can request waivers or discounts, which will be reviewed individually.

Payment Methods:

After manuscript acceptance, the corresponding author will receive an invoice from our accounting department. Payment options include:

1.Debit/Credit Card: Secure online payment through major credit and debit cards.

2.Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfer for those preferring traditional payment methods.

Please note that the APC does not include any local taxes that may apply depending on the author’s country and local regulations.
